Opening hours of the NFM Box Office

• Monday – Friday: 11 am-6 pm (with a break between 3 pm and 3.30 pm) and on concert days also until the beginning of the concert,
• Saturday: 2 pm – 7.30 pm or until the concert starts,
• Sundays and public holidays: for two hours before the concert.
  

Ticket bookings

• Tickets can be booked by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 2 pm to 87.30 pm by phone: +48 71/715 97 00.
• Reservations can also be made by e-mail at the following address: rezerwacje@nfm.wroclaw.pl.
• Placing an order does not guarantee seat reservation. After verifying the order, we send you an e-mail confirmation of the booking.
• We respond to your e-mails from Monday to Saturday.
• Tickets can be paid for up to 3 days from the date of booking. Ticket reservations not paid for within this period will be cancelled without prior notice.
• We do not accept reservations during the 7 days before the concert date.

Ticket refunds

• The deadline for returning tickets for events cancelled from 12 March 12 to 30 June 2020 will expire on 31 December 2026. All requests for return submitted by this date will be processed within 60 days.
• For other events from the regular NFM repertoire, we accept returns up to three working days before the concert.
