One of the most important classical music festivals in Europe. Established in 1966 by Andrzej Markowski as an oratorio and cantata festival, to this day it focuses primarily on presenting the beauty of the human voice. Each year, star-studded concerts attract thousands of music lovers to the acoustically excellent NFM halls and the historic interiors of Wrocław and Lower Silesia. The Artistic Director of the festival is the Italian conductor and flutist – Giovanni Antonini.

Jazztopad Festival

The hallmark of Jazztopad Festival are the premieres of works commissioned from famous improvisers. Jazztopad is also distinguished by reaching for traditional sounds from distant parts of the world, not necessarily associated with jazz. Under the banner of the festival, whose Artistic Director is Piotr Turkiewicz, albums have been released by prestigious labels: ECM, Blue Note, and AUM.

Musica Electronica Nova

Held every two years, the festival presents new forms of expression in contemporary music, including electronics and new media, alongside projects that combine music with other disciplines, such as dance, cinema and visual arts. The festival promotes both foreign artists and Polish musicians and composers. The Artistic Director of MEN is the composer Pierre Jodlowski.

Musica Polonica Nova

The festival has been taking place for over half a century (every two years), and its co-organizer is the Polish Composers' Union. Early Music Academy

The essence of the festival is the meeting of masters and prominent artistic personalities with young musicians who are at the threshold of their careers. Leo Festival

It is carried out under the artistic direction of Ernst Kovacic and co-created by the NFM Leopoldinum Orchestra – it presents the dialogue of music with other fields of art: architecture, poetry, dance, film, visual arts and theatre, as well as with sports and haute cuisine. The tradition of the festival is the participation of children’s ensembles, concerts of students and introducing elements of humour and interaction with the audience.
